Dr Cecilia Huo is an Australian-trained neurosurgeon and Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. She consults at Mulgrave Private Hospital, Churchill Consulting Suites, through Neurological Surgery Victoria.

She welcomes referrals for brain and spine tumours, general neurosurgical opinions, cervical and lumbar stenosis, degenerative spine conditions, sciatica and spinal disc prolapse, and peripheral nerve conditions.

Dr Huo completed neurosurgical training across major Victorian tertiary centres, including St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne, The Alfred, The Royal Melbourne Hospital and The Royal Children's Hospital. She has undertaken additional post-training experience in complex and endoscopic spine surgery, with local and international courses and observerships in skull base surgery, neuro-oncology and spine surgery.

She holds a PhD in cancer cell biology through The University of Melbourne, St Vincent's Hospital and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. She has published in neurosurgery, spine surgery, neuro-oncology and cancer biology, and remains involved in clinical research, teaching and neurosurgical service improvement.
