He has spent nearly 17 years working within the Australian private hospital sector, developing a deep understanding of healthcare finance. Eranga is passionate about process improvement and the use of automation to streamline financial operations, supporting the hospital’s commitment to efficiency and excellence in patient care.

Terri Atwell has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry with strong project management skills and digital marketing and communication skills. A dedicated healthcare professional with a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing Management.

Kay Hotker joined the hospital as Director of Clinical Services in February 2018. She is an experienced Cardiac/ Cardiothoracic nurse who has worked in both the public and private sector in senior managerial, leadership and clinical settings. Kay’s is passionate about ensuring positive patient outcomes and patients experiences by guiding and supporting the clinical teams. Kay is also focused on facilitating staff development, education, and growth so that our clinical team can realise their full potential.

Liz is a senior Perioperative nurse of 21 years' experience. Liz joined the Mulgrave team in Feb 2019 and was promoted to being a member of the Executive team in 2024. Liz is passionate in regard to Theatre Management and the growth of Perioperative Services at Mulgrave Private Hospital and facilitates the delivery of best practice perioperative patient care for our patients.

Melinda Ware-Drakeford has 20 years experience in Customer Service both in the public and private health sectors. Melinda is focussed on streamlining business administration processes to support efficient hospital functioning and performance

Sue Wood joined the hospital in late 2024 as Director, Quality and Risk. She has a 35 year track record in leadership and management, with emphasis on quality and practice development, both in Melbourne and New Zealand. Sue has a strong focus on people centred practice, patient care and experience and team development which is underpinned by data driven improvement and evidence informed practice. Together with the Mulgrave Team, Sue is excited to contribute to the growing magnet environment and evidencing the better outcomes for patient this brings.
