Welcome to your upcoming clinical placement at Mulgrave Private Hospital:

The below information is designed to assist in preparing you for your placement.

Prior to commencing your first day of clinical placement you are required to:

• Read the Mulgrave Private Hospital Undergraduate Clinical Placement Handbook and then print and sign the Declaration Form

• Complete Hand Hygiene (HH) online activity via www.hha.org.au

• Complete Basics of infection prevention and control orientation Module via the website below: www.hha.org.au

You are required to bring evidence (hard copy/digital version) of the signed declarations and completed tasks (HH, COVID and NPS) with you to orientation on the first day of placement

Please note, you will receive details via your email regarding the first day of Orientation prior to commencement of your clinical placement. Please check your email regularly.
