We treat WorkCover and TAC patients that are covered by the relevant insurance scheme.
How long can I expect to wait?
Patients are seen in order of medical urgency with minimal delay to ensure the best medical outcome. Most patients will be seen within minutes, if not immediately upon arrival.
Appointments and referrals are not necessary. You can present yourself, come recommended by your GP or arrive via ambulance.
The Emergency Department has an easily accessible dedicated entrance located via the second entrance off Blanton Drive, with its own 5 minute parking for patient drop off and separate Ambulance bays.
